The house is under new ownership and the rooms have been refreshed with new crisp white bed linen, fluffy white towels and boutique accessories.  Some of the rooms have been decorated and no expense has been spared on ensuring luxury and comfort.  We also provide mini-fridges in the double rooms.

Sorry but we have no twin or family rooms and pets are not allowed.  Minimum age for children is 10.

Self-check-in is offered via a door entry system to provide flexibility on arrival times.  A text will be sent by 1pm on your arrival day, providing the code and details for your arrival.  If you would like to arrive earlier, please advise us and we can provide you with your parking pass.

At the Haven, we operate a strict no smoking policy.

The Haven is room-only, allowing you the flexibility to experience breakfast in one of the many cafes and restaurants in close proximity.

Our Welcome Pack provides recommendations which will accommodate all tastes and budgets.

We provide parking scratch cards which can be used outside the guesthouse and in the surrounding roads within the ‘W’ zone.  These are £2.00 for up to four days, and can be purchased on arrival.

There are also three pay and display car parks close by and in the Winter, parking is free on West Cliff.

The Haven is a mid-Victorian terraced property and unfortunately does not have wheelchair access. There are no bedrooms below the first floor, and nine steps lead to the front door. If you require any more information regarding access, please call us on 01947 603842.
